Shipping policy

Dispatch

We dispatch most orders the next working day. During launches, sales and the Christmas period please allow up to 5 working days. Your order page always shows your estimated dispatch date, and we'll email you if anything is running late.

UK delivery

• Standard (tracked): £4.99, usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Free on orders of £75 or more.
• Next day: £14.99, usually the next working day after dispatch.

International delivery

• Ireland: £10, usually 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
• Europe and the rest of the world: £20, usually 5 to 12 working days after dispatch.
• Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import VAT or duty when they arrive. These are set and collected by your country's customs, not by us. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, we refund the items once it's back with us, minus the original delivery cost.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it live on your order page, where you can also change the address before it ships.

Missed deliveries

If the courier can't deliver, use the tracking link to arrange a redelivery, a safe place or a neighbour, or collect it from your local collection point with photo ID. Parcels are usually held for 18 days. If one comes back to us, we'll email you to resend it for free or refund you.

Our delivery guarantee

If your order is running late, your order page offers store credit straight away. If it hasn't been delivered 30 days after you ordered, you can refund it to your card there in one tap.
