Refund policy
We want you to love your Jakkals kit. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
- Pre-order items can be returned within 30 days of the date they're delivered to you.
How to start a return
- Get in touch through our contact page or email smallbusinessgifts98@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll reply with the returns address and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. Original delivery charges are refunded if you return your whole order. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you contact us and we'll send the replacement as soon as your return arrives, subject to stock.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the cost of the return and send a replacement or a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Discounted items
Items bought with a discount code are refunded at the price you paid.
